Darren Gallop brings more than two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, CEO, and corporate director to the boardroom. Having built and led technology companies through growth, transformation, and acquisition, he understands the realities of executive leadership and the complex decisions boards must oversee.

His approach to governance combines strategic thinking, financial and operational discipline, constructive challenge, and a strong appreciation for the relationship between boards and executive management.

Darren currently serves as Vice Chair of the ISC2 Board of Directors and Chair of its Governance Committee. He also serves on the boards of Protocase and the Sydney (McCurdy) Airport Authority, where he is a member of the Audit Committee. His board experience spans international professional certification, advanced manufacturing, and aviation infrastructure.

His extensive expertise in cybersecurity, data privacy, and artificial intelligence provides an additional perspective on emerging risks and opportunities that increasingly affect organizations across every industry.
